3. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided online, by phone, or in writing are estimates based on the information you supply. Final charges may vary depending on actual time on site, access conditions, inventory volume, distance, stairs, elevators, parking, packing needs, and other factors disclosed at the time of service. Hourly rates, minimums, and any applicable fees will be explained before work begins whenever possible.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Move dates and times are confirmed based on availability. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us as early as possible. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees or loss of deposit if a deposit was collected for your booking.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Ensure someone authorized is present during the move
• Disclose fragile, heavy, hazardous, or high-value items in advance
• Prepare pathways, elevators, and parking access when applicable
• Secure pets and keep children away from active work areas

6. Prohibited Items

For safety and legal reasons, we may refuse to transport hazardous materials, explosives, flammable liquids, illegal items, perishable goods, plants, pets, or other items we determine unsafe or unsuitable for transport. Please ask us in advance if you are unsure about a specific item.

7. Liability and Insurance

EGO Moving is a licensed and insured moving company operating in Washington State (UBI #60011878, UTC: THG056947, DOT No. 3246649). Liability for loss or damage is governed by applicable Washington law and any valuation or coverage options selected for your move. We recommend discussing coverage options before your move date.

8. Payment

Payment terms will be communicated at booking or upon completion of service, as applicable. We may accept cash, card, or other approved payment methods. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection in accordance with applicable law.
